Recently, Samsung has designed and released its new "Smart-Watch" to partner with any one of their Smartphones.. Being one of out major competitors, we have decided to join the market with the new cutting edge technology. However, why should you have to pair the "Smart-Watch" with another device when it simply isn't needed? The difference here at Apple is that with the new iWatch, there is no need to previously own an Apple device with which you need to pair it, the watch is fully functional by itself. There is however, the option to pair it with another device which will provided added features to the watch through the Smartphone. This will provide greater incentive to purchase other Apple products however still enabling the customer to feel unrestricted, not needing to previously own an Apple Smartphone to use the product.

Remaining consistent with past products, we intend to advertise to product to people of all ages. This will be ensured by varying mediums of advertising and the content within the advertisements. For example we endeavor to appeal to younger audiences through the displaying of games available upon the iWatch through Television advertising. Whereas for older audiences (50+) we shall advertise to their age group through advertisements in the paper or via Radio describing the simplicity, functionality and compact nature of the iWatch. Similarly for middle-aged audiences, the functionality, compact nature and the simplicity of the iWatch will be advertised, however, through a different medium - Social Networking Sites, such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
